|Why Should You Learn CPR?
There is nothing greater
than saving a human life.
When properly trained with American Heart Association Guidelines,
you will learn to recognize the symptoms of a heart attack,
when to call for help and how to use an AED when available.
Who Can Learn?
CPR is available for anyone to learn. You could save a life.

Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to start of class. Anyone who arrives 10 minutes after
class has started will need to reschedule. No children in class, unless they are taking the class.
If registering on-line, please proceed to "CONTACT TAB" & complete the information. Be sure to indicate
the class time & date you would like to attend. Press SUBMIT. You will receive a confirmation via email or
phone within 24 hours of submission.

CPR Providers accepts CASH/Credit Card.
Company checks are accepted - no personal checks.
Your payment is accepted upon arrival for the class you registered for.
All cancellations must be made via phone. CPR Providers will not accept cancellations via Internet
Refunds on pre-paid classes: No Refund Policy.
Q: Can I enroll in a CPR class on the same day the class will be taught?
A: Absolutely. Based on open spots and available manikins, you can enroll up to one hour prior to class. If you are
having trouble enrolling online, please contact us at 210.290.8421.
Q: Where are classes held?
A: Our location is 8373 Culebra Rd., Ste. 201, San Antonio TX 78251.
Q. Will students share manikins?
A. No. Classes are scheduled so that each student will have their own manikin to train on.
Q. Do You travel?
A. We sure do; if you have at least 4 people, we cover the entire city of San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Q. After completing the class, which organization will I be certified through?
A. You will be certified through the American Heart Association. AHA certification is valid for two years.
Q. I need my CPR card right away. Do I receive my card as soon as I successfully complete the CPR training course?
A. Yes, you receive your card at the end of class.
Q: Do you cancel classes due to low enrollment?
A: Never! We will conduct all scheduled classes regardless of the amount of students attending.
Q: What does"BLS" mean?
A: Basic Life Support.
Q: What is an AED?
A: AED stands for automatic external defibrillator.

Yes, All Classes are Instructed With American Heart Association Guidelines.
Upon Successful Completion of The Course, All Students Will Receive an Actual American Heart Association
Card Indicating the Type Of Course Completed.
At CPR Providers, ALL CLASSES INCLUDE TRAINING OF THE AUTOMATED EXTERNAL
