| CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY: |
Unable to Attend a Scheduled (pre-paid) Class: CPR PROVIDERS allows a one-time opportunity to reschedule, in the case of
emergency/illness, providing our office is notified prior to the start of class. This reschedule must be within 30 days and is subject to a
$10.00 processing fee. No Refunds will be allowed with less than 24 hrs notice for the original class. After thirty days, you will forfeit
the entire course fee.
No Call/No Shows: If you do not reschedule or do not attend the class, you will forfeit the entire course fee.

A: Absolutely. Based on open spots and available manikins, you can enroll up to one hour prior to class. If you are having trouble enrolling

A. No. Classes are scheduled so that each student will have their own manikin to train on.

A. We sure do; if you have at least 4 people, we cover the entire city of San Antonio and surrounding areas.

A. You will be certified through the American Heart Association. AHA certification is valid for two years.
Q. I need my CPR card right away. Do I receive my card as soon as I successfully complete the CPR training course?
A. Yes, you receive your card at the end of class.

A: Never! We will conduct all scheduled classes regardless of the amount of students attending.
